Board Members
Shelley Cunningham
Shelley is a 2006 graduate of Texas Christian University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. After graduating she went to work as a Child Nutrition Director for Aramark. During this time, Shelley decided to pursue a career in education. In 2009 she made the move back to her home town of Midland, TX and began teaching various subjects and coaching JV volleyball at Robert E. Lee High School. For the last 3 years she has been the Head volleyball coach at Trinity School of Midland where she also teaches elementary Physical Education.
Shelley and her husband Kyle enjoy spending time at the lake and hanging out with their nephews.
Shelley is a childhood friend of Kyle Shatzer. She is a dear college friend and sorority sister of Emily Shatzer. Shelley introduced Emily and Kyle and is one of John Michael's biggest fans.
Emily Rich
Emily is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a B.S. in education. After graduation from TCU in 2005 she moved to Midland and began her teaching career. She is now in her 13th year of teaching at Trinity School of Midland. She is married to Justin and has two little girls, Ann and Caroline.
Emily is a sorority sister and longtime friend of John Michael's mother.
Megan Metcalf
Megan graduated from Texas Christian University in 2005 with a B.A. in English. She moved to San Antonio a few months after graduating, where she re-met her husband Kyle. They married in 2008.
Megan lives in San Antonio with her husband and daughter Emma and two dogs. Megan enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, reading, cooking and drinking wine. Until recently she was the president of Schuhmacher Publishing Company but left to spend more time at home with her daughter.
Megan met John Michael’s mother, Emily Shatzer, at college freshman year during Rush. They both later joined Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and remain close friends to this day.
Kristen Fancher
Kristen Fancher graduated from TCU in 2005 with a B.S. in Political Science and from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2008. Kristen and her family recently relocated to Frisco, Texas, where she has her law practice – Fancher Legal, PLLC. Prior to moving to Frisco, Kristen and her family lived in Austin and Dripping Springs for 9 years. Kristen is a college friend of Emily, John Michael’s mother, and worked at the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Wichita Falls one summer during college.
Erin Tresner
Erin (Colletti)Tresner is a 2005 graduate of Texas Christian University with a degree in Political Science, INRE. Erin also holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Texas State University. Erin and Emily grew up together in Beaumont, Texas and went on to become sorority sisters at TCU. Erin is married to a fellow TCU graduate and has two sons. They reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Lindsay Piel
Lindsay is a 2005 graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising. At TCU, she was in the sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma, where she became great friends with her pledge sister Emily, John Michael's mother.
After college, Lindsay held multiple buying and merchandising positions at the corporate offices of Neiman Marcus, Zale Corporation, and Bailey Banks & Biddle. She most recently left her position as a Merchandise Planner at Pier 1 Imports to stay at home with her daughter.
Lindsay resides in Fort Worth, Texas with her husband Cody and daughter Olivia.
